Zestaponi Wind Power Plant will be built by Georgian Energy Development Fund and company “GeoCarft”.
The share distribution between the shareholders is as follows: JSC “Georgian Energy Development Fund” – 10% and LLC “GeoCarft” – 90%. The first phase of the project development includes preparing of feasibility study of wind power plant at the nearby area of Zestaponi (projected installed capacity – 150 mgwt).
Joint enterprise LLC “Zestaponi Wind Power Plant”, founded by JSC “Georgian Energy Development Fund” and LLC “GeoCraft”, will appeal to Ministry of Georgian Energy to sign co-understanding memorandum in order to prepare the feasibility study.
