Rehabilitation Manager of convince foods producer company \u201cMarshe\u201d submitted a plan for rehabilitation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Giorgi Gvalia, who has been elected as rehabilitation Manager in April of previous year, will submit a plan for rehabilitation, prepared jointly with \u201cGoodwill\u201d and \u201cGrand\u201d to the creditors on March 31. Improving of the company is dependent on their decision.<\/p>\n

Delayed proposals submitted by the creditors should be discussed at the meeting. The session will be held at Tbilisi City Court on March 31 at 15: 00. Debt of \u201cMarshe\u201d had been over 13 million. However as of August 31, 2013, LLC \u201cMarshe\u201d had accounts payable of over 32 341 087 GEL.<\/p>\n

It should be noted, that investment of 30 million USD had been implemented in the centralized production of \u201cMarshe\u201d. About 300 ranges of products are produced in the company: fish, sausages, convince foods and bread.<\/p>\n
